Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. The band was founded in 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt and James Maslow along with Logan Henderson and Carlos PenaVega. In 2009, they signed with Nick Records before moving to Columbia Records. They appeared on Nickelodeon's television show, Big Time Rush. The show aired from the beginning of November 28, 2009 to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode featured the group's debut single as a promo, "Big Time Rush". The group released three studio albums: BTR in 2010 and Elevate (2011) as well as 24/Seven (2013).
